We bring new members on board slowly and only after meeting in person. We are not the right gym for you if you’re looking for “cheap,” “close to home,” or similar. LA Fitness/Esporta, Chuze, etc. will provide a cheaper membership and less effort to join - we are happy to point you in the right direction based on your geography/gym needs.
TLDR; if you’re strictly cost shopping, you’re in the wrong place. If you can’t pick up after yourself, you’re definitely in the wrong place.
Regarding personal training:
We do offer personal training. We are very selective with our training staff and just as with the gym, we work to keep quality high. Rates vary between trainers and we briefly screen to assess with whom a person will best fit. Training has a cost associated and the goal is ensure that a value is found within that cost.
We do not allow outside personal trainers
